Desde el inicio de nuestra empresa en 1967, Bamberger Polymers se ha dedicado a proporcionar resinas de alta calidad para satisfacer las necesidades de fabricantes, compuestos, moldeadores por inyección, moldeadores por soplado y extrusores personalizados y patentados. A lo largo de los años, nos hemos expandido de un pequeño revendedor regional de plásticos en los EE. UU. a un distribuidor mundial con centros de ventas y distribución en América del Norte, América del Sur, América Central y Europa. En general, ahora facilitamos más de $1.35 mil millones en ventas de resina anualmente.   • 1967

    Bamberger Polymers, Inc. is established by Gerald Bamberger in Great Neck, New York.

  • 1969

    Bamberger Plastics & Chemicals (Canada) is established.

  • 1971

    Bamberger Polymers International Corp is established in New York to distribute resins internationally.

  • 1974

    Bamberger Polymers (Europe) B.V. is established in the Netherlands.

  • 1978

    Sales office opens in Chicago, Illinois and bulk storage and transfer facility is opened in Edison, New Jersey.

  • 1978

    Bamberger registers trademarks for the Company’s private-label Bapolene and Bapolan lines of generic prime resins.

  • 1979

    Sales office opens in Los Angeles, California.

  • 1982

    Interpak Terminals, Inc. is established to operate the bulk handling and resin packaging facilities in New Jersey and Texas.

  • 1984

    Gerald Bamberger retires, Fred Garcia, Executive VP who started with the Company in January 1969, is named CEO and President.

  • 1987

    Bamberger completes an initial public offering of 49% of its stock and begins trading on the American Stock Exchange.

  • 1990

    Bamberger Polymers de Mexico is established.

  • 1990

    Bamberger acquires Coast Polymers in California to support sales on the west coast.

  • 1993

    The Company completes a management buyout of the U.S. and foreign resin distribution operations.

  • 1993

    At the buyout date, the Company had 15 shareholders. All employees of the Company. Fred Garcia, CEO and President is named President of the new company.

  • 1997

    Bamberger Polymers, Inc. headquarters relocates to Jericho, New York, its current location.

  • 2001

    Bamberger Polymers France is established.

  • 2004

    Fred Garcia retires, Lawrence Ubertini is named CEO.

  • 2006

    Bamberger Polymers de Guatemala is established.

  • 2008

    Sales office opens in Istanbul, Turkey.

  • 2010

    Bamberger Polymers de Colombia is established.

  • 2011

    Bamberger Polymers opens East Europe office in Serbia.

  • 2012

    Bamberger Polymers de Costa Rica is established.

  • 2012

    Bamberger Canada establishes a new division to provide resin to the African continent.

  • 2012

    In March 2012, Lawrence Ubertini, CEO retires and Steven Goldberg (started 1969) and Dennis Don (started 1974) are named as Co-CEO’s.

  • 2016

    Bamberger opens sales offices in Spain and Poland.

  • 2017

    Bamberger Polymers celebrates 50 years in business.

  • 2018

    Bamberger Polymers is acquired by the Plastiche S.A. and joins the Roussis-Van Gorp family group of companies.

  • 2020

    Bamberger establishes its ETP division to provide specialty resins in the Americas.

  • 2020

    The ownership of Bamberger Polymers is transferred to Blue Tree Holdings, a member of the Ravago S.A. group of companies.

  • 2020

    Bamberger Polymers de Peru is established.

  • 2020

    Bamberger Polymers de Chile is established.

  • 2020

    In March 2020, Steve Goldberg retires and Dennis Don is named CEO.
