    Bamberger Polymers, Inc. is established by Gerald Bamberger in Great Neck, New York.

    Bamberger Plastics & Chemicals (Canada) is established.

    Bamberger Polymers International Corp is established in New York to distribute resins internationally.

    Bamberger Polymers (Europe) B.V. is established in the Netherlands.

    Sales office opens in Chicago, Illinois and bulk storage and transfer facility is opened in Edison, New Jersey.

    Bamberger registers trademarks for the Company’s private-label Bapolene and Bapolan lines of generic prime resins.

    Sales office opens in Los Angeles, California.

    Interpak Terminals, Inc. is established to operate the bulk handling and resin packaging facilities in New Jersey and Texas.

    Gerald Bamberger retires, Fred Garcia, Executive VP who started with the Company in January 1969, is named CEO and President.

  • 1987

    Bamberger completes an initial public offering of 49% of its stock and begins trading on the American Stock Exchange.

  • 1990

    Bamberger Polymers de Mexico is established.

  • 1990

    Bamberger acquires Coast Polymers in California to support sales on the west coast.

    The Company completes a management buyout of the U.S. and foreign resin distribution operations.

    At the buyout date, the Company had 15 shareholders. All employees of the Company. Fred Garcia, CEO and President is named President of the new company.

    Bamberger Polymers, Inc. headquarters relocates to Jericho, New York, its current location.

    Bamberger Polymers France is established.

    Fred Garcia retires, Lawrence Ubertini is named CEO.

    Bamberger Polymers de Guatemala is established.

    Sales office opens in Istanbul, Turkey.

    Bamberger Polymers de Colombia is established.

    Bamberger Polymers opens East Europe office in Serbia.

    In March 2012, Lawrence Ubertini, CEO retires and Steven Goldberg (started 1969) and Dennis Don (started 1974) are named as Co-CE O’s.

    Bamberger Polymers is acquired by the Plastiche S.A. and joins the Roussis-Van Gorp family group of companies.

    Bamberger establishes its ETP division to provide specialty resins in the Americas.

    The ownership of Bamberger Polymers is transferred to Blue Tree Holdings, a member of the Ravago S.A. group of companies.
